Here's what happened in February 2024.
Average sale prices were up from January, homes sold closer to their list price and more homes actually sold with less days on market. Spring market activity noticeably increased this past week with more multiple offer situations . It's looking like a strong Spring market so far!
The next Bank of Canada announcement is March 6th, 2024 and it is expected that rates will hold again for the fifth time which will keep the market strong.
