📢 December 2023 Market Update 📢
Here's what happened in December 2023.
Average sale prices were up significantly from November, days on market were lower in most markets and more homes actually sold. This was a bit unusual for December as most people are usually in holiday mode. Savvy buyers took advantage of less competition and scooped up some great homes.
Some fixed rates have slightly decreased and the next interest rate announcement is January 24, 2024.
