Here's what happened in November 2023.
Average sale prices are down again from October and days on market are higher in most markets. This is very typical for this time of year as most people are getting into holiday mode. Serious buyers are taking advantage of more homes to choose from with less competition to purchase them. Many sellers are motivated to sell before the winter heating season begins.
The past THREE interest rate announcements saw rates hold steady and we've even seen some fixed rates come down. The first announcement of 2024 will be January 24, 2024.
