Here's what happened in September 2023. You may notice this update looks a bit different than previous updates. That is because the Quinte area has recently switched Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) Systems so statistic options are different.
Activity has picked up from the summer months as buyers and sellers are motivated to get moved before the snow flies.
The next interest rate announcement is October 25th and it is expected that there will be an increase and this ultimately affects the market.
