What do these numbers mean? In most markets, prices are up from March, days on market are still decreasing and there are even more properties for sale & more actually selling...which is great news for buyers! Nice to have some choices. We are even seeing multiple offers again, especially in the under $500,000 price range and even sometimes in the higher price ranges.
Spring market is offically here and with interest rates leveling out and in some cases decreasing, buyers are definitely feeling confident about making a purchase.
