The Central Lakes Association of REALTORS® (CLAR) has released its December 2025 Housing Market Statistics, revealing a familiar year-end pattern: a seasonal slowdown in sales activity paired with relatively stable pricing across much of the region. As 2025 wrapped up, healthy inventory levels continued to support buyer choice, helping to maintain balance as we head into the new year.

Hastings County
Hastings County saw 91 home sales, a 20.9% decline from November, but still 42.2% higher than December 2024, signaling stronger year-over-year activity. The average selling price was $466,716, adjusting from November’s $529,139 as seasonal conditions took hold.
