November 2025 Housing Market Update
As the fall market came to a close, the Central Lakes Association of REALTORS® (CLAR) has released its November 2025 Housing Market Statistics, revealing a seasonal slowdown in sales activity across most Regions. While some areas experienced modest price adjustments, inventory levels remain healthy, helping to maintain overall market balance and providing buyers with a wide range of choices.
Regional Market Highlights
While the overall market slows in line with seasonal trends, localized price movements show varied activity.
Hastings County
Saw notable price appreciation. The average selling price climbed to $529,139, a strong 5.25% increase month-over-month.

DOM: 30 days
Northumberland County
Experienced a price correction, dropping to an average selling price of $671,436 (a 5.81% decrease from October). Buyers have ample selection with 622 active listings.

DOM: 57 days
Prince Edward County (PEC)
Maintained strong demand despite a slight price dip year-over-year. Sales volume held steady and properties moved quicker than the previous year.
Average Selling Price: $786,084 (Down 1.6% YoY)
Days on Market (DOM): 41 days (Faster than 57 days last year)
